Lance Vernon
Chief Executive Officer

For nearly a decade, Lance has been building and leading businesses, ranking among the top 10% of ISO’s (Independent Sales Organization) in the merchant services industry. From a family of four brothers, Lance’s career began with his oldest brother who mentored him into his leadership role in his family business. Lance’s dedication to his loved ones allowed him to persevere while managing his private sales firm that offered health, life and dental insurance and merchant services. Lance then led a company for the next 8 years, employing more than 150+ representatives with a presence in 12 states nationwide. This company offered business management tools such as merchant services, credit card processing and loan management.

Lance is dedicated to improving the lives of those that surround him through personal development and advancement. He believes in making an impact through a positive, win-win mentality so clients and colleagues alike can enjoy better lives in the present and future. He is passionate about providing a work environment that promotes a healthy, conducive culture.

Lance has currently shifted his focus to protecting the environment by contributing to the growth of solar energy. By providing cost saving options to clients, he is simultaneously producing superior career opportunities to professionals looking to spread his same environment conscious vision.  

In Lance’s spare time, he enjoys golf, travel, and basketball. Born in South Jersey, he is a passionate Philadelphia sports fan with the Sixers and Eagles ranking at the top of his list.



Ray Cheron
Chief Operating Officer

Ray began his career in analytics, management, customer service and sales. He streamlined operational efficiencies to boost productivity and revenue and broke sales records for multiple corporations. With a passion to help others, Ray uses his deep understanding of team dynamics to communicate effectively and lead teams to sales success. Prior to founding Elite System Choice, Ray served as a financial advisor for First Investors and as a sales professional with NRG Home Solar, Sungevity, as well as a sales manager for SunPower by SunnyMac.

Ray holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University at Albany – State University of New York. He is a notary public with a love for photography and fashion. Ray spends his spare time volunteering for his community as a mentor for Big Brother Big Sister.




Vahid Najafi
Director of Business Development

Vahid’s experience mentoring “at-risk” youth in Albany, New York with the Educational Opportunity Program (EOP), along with his extensive leadership roles in Third World Impact and Albany Business Leaders Emerging (ABLE), has allowed him to lead teams to excellence. As a sales professional with management skills, he has always valued human connections that lead to organic growth and lasting relationships. Vahid believes humor is the key to all hearts and this has proven successful as he continues to develop authentic partnerships with colleagues and customers alike. Prior to founding Elite System Choice, Vahid served as a sales executive for Yellow Pages and leading sales roles at NRG Home Solar, Sungevity and SunPower by SunnyMac.

Vahid holds a bachelor’s degree in economics, with a minor in english from the University of Albany – State University of New York. He is a notary public, a passionate athlete and a short story writer in his spare time.
